So, I reported this issue 3 months ago.
A purchased cosmetic item has disappeared. // Gaijin.net // Issues
The problem is that several of the outfits purchased with gold or soldier customized orders have been lost since the merge update.
I have lost 30 outfits, mainly from the Union of Normandy, later found it was transferred to the Pacific in a buggy state.
There has been no progress report from the developers on this for a long time, but I asked keofox about this last week. He then instructed me to contact support, which I did.
So, Gaijin support replied and said that the developers have set this issue as a high priority and are working on it, but it will take some time.
Still no resolution to the issue, but at least they did respond.
I wanted to share that with others who are having the same problem. 
So, up until last week I was furious that there has been no announcement from the developer on this matter, but I will wait quietly for a while.
Hopefully this issue will be resolved within a year.
