Destruction is awful on 90% of the maps it replaced assault on

They more or less swapped all assault maps for Destruction
And shit like Al Har is an instaleave now
Pokorovskoe City Destruction a close second

I will say this about destruction; atleast when you destroy a point its gone. Not sure how many times in assault my “team” takes one then shifts for the other only to lose the first and start again. I dont care for either mode really as both require non existant teamwork

I prefer the destruction mode, I hated the assault mode, although it would be great if the destruction mode was more dynamic

destruction is just piece of garbage. The game mode doesn’t make sense since in real life they would just bombard, instead of sending troops to manually set bomb and wait until it explode.

Maybe it can be used in future map destroying bridge with time fused bomb mission.

I like Prokovskoe city (destruction) because we dont get the map anywhere else. The old Prokovskoe city (Assault) days are gone.

This would be a great idea to actually make the objective feel worthwhile and change the course of games. Bridges, buildings etc could make the game move differently if they are destroyed

I don’t think Assault can be fun without some significant reworks. But Destruction feels like cock and ball torture so I’m kind of siding with this.

theres an destruction map in berlin train station that its actually fun to grind kills.

but besides that, im still yet to have fun in one destruction round.

assault on berlin gardens was actually fun and actually rewarding to both atack or defend. but there were assault maps like on ver-sur-mer or what ever the name is, were simply unplayable for a casual Us team.

assault would work wonders if the defencive team couldnt capture them right away if they had a single soldier more on the point making the atack stalling most of the times.

its actually the only map i ill play destruction on.

actually fun and rewarding.

final point , if they/we even get it , its a explosive/bomb/tank fest all around. actually fun ngl xD

I don’t mind explosive spam on a point like that but the crossfire you always get caught in from shitters on the flanks isn’t fun

Yep! You need teammates with at least two working neurons to understand they have to keep both objectives at the same time. But that’s not easy finding them.
