A great deal of entities that are in the mod creator do not have models in the game and I would assume this is another case of that. You won’t be able to spawn that in, sorry.
haven’t tried it myself but im pretty sure you need to unbake the destoryers on the normandy map and then copy and paste its part from the .blk to what map you need it on
By editing scene.blk (or use Toolbox in Normandy).
In your map create entity game_rendinst.
And edit property ri_extra_name (choose any object).
Then open scene.blk (by any txt editors like word or notepad) in userGameMods/YourModName.
And change ri_extra_name to destroyer_anderson_a.
I did originally try doing it through the scene.blk exactly like that but I’m dumb and was replacing the “game_rendinst” template part with destroyer_anderson_a, and not the ri_extra_name lol. that’s why u don’t work on mods late at night xd
