Decrease the mg42(br4)reload time

Never ignored you. See you can be ignorant and so can I. Im not a toxic person anyone who knows me knows im out going and bubbly. Im not taking anything personal wouldnt be very irish of me if i did. I understand where your coming from about the sprinting and reloading super fast. I never mentioned sprinting i meant generally. Sprinting would require longer reload.

I didn’t ingore you. I just say why imo the realism argument is wrong and why I don’t like the idea in the first place. Giving arguments is not ignoring.

That’s kind of my issue. A lot of ppl run&gun so if you simply decrease reload time, we will end up with full caliber 14kg SMGs clearing buildings (overexaggeration).

I’m fine with that. :+1:

I think you picked me up wrong. Not ignored like ignorant as in ignorance. I apologise for my ignorance I was always taught if someone is a certain way to me dosent mean i should be the same way back. Like most of us lifes hard af. We all been through and seen alot. Im out going and bubbly but i can be cold as ice too. Sometimes i cant hold my tounge other times i can. Yes not run and gun super quick reload. Stationary or mounted. Running should require longer thats the realism. I dont like playing unrealistic games. Ive met some pretty cool people on this forum. Its kinda like a second home to me at this stage as i have no mates left. So yeah sorry for arguing with you i think we both misunderstood one another.

No problem. Miss understandings happen. I’m sorry too.

I propose to edit the original post or write a new one but this time with the description that faster reload applies only when stationary.

Seems legit :tired_face::rofl:

Wait, you’ve spent last 10 or so minutes I saw you “writing” here to find this?
I won’t lie, it somewhat fits  Nice one.

Fun fact: MG42 didn’t have anything on the receiver to hold the belt so it could easily slip. This was fixed in the post war variants like MG3.
So dude on the video struggling with the first belt is 100% historical.

Oh, that’s quite unfortunate

Seeing bro type and stop typing multiple times

Seeing the game as it is and it is not “Realistic” there should be no problem reducing the reload time of the MG42

It should be as fast as Far Cry 5

Stationary or mounted they should speed the reload up. While sprinting i think they should prolong it. I bet any man to try reload an MG42 while sprinting in under 5 seconds it seems impossible.

Well, yes animation is quite easy to fix. But it still encourages run&gun playstyle with MGs and I don’t like that. Though I guess devs probably disagree.

That goes for all guns beside handguns and smgs kinda

Honestly, in my case I would not be playing as an assault with the MG42 as if it were a Cönders or a STG44.
