Dear DEVELOPERS

Maybe i wasnt maiing myself clear or just got answered by people not understanding 4 grade school knowlage

But a 1000lb bomb CAN NOT BE VISIBLY LARGER from the 500kg one. Couse if compared equly the 1000 lb is =460kg, or the 500kg one is 1102 lbs

So enlisted has some repairing to do.

For the uneducated comments, this has nothing to do with explosive power(whitch the german in reallity has more being a multipurpose meaning(high explosive and fragmentation effect)while the britsh had mostly he or incendiary)
Or any other not fully related comment.

More weight means larger object.

Further on , the he -fragmentation has a stronger killing effect, couse it killes both from the blast ( explosion and shrapnel effect)

Some bombs contain more metal than othere bombs meaning 2 bombs of diffrent sizes can have the same weight.

For example an armor piercing bomb has a thickend cap to better penetrate an armored deck but this came at the cost of weight that could not be spend packing way lighter explsoives meaning the bomb ended up beeing smaller.
Or the walls of the diffrent bombs might just be thinner than on another. Which also would save weight to be spent otherwise.

Not really but ok I guess. There is something called density of a material which means that the mass is not related to size, for instance the density of steel si 7,860 kg/m³ while the density of uranium is 19,050 kg/m3.

Anyway I have no idea of what you are trying to say with this post

I could swear he made a post like this last night too, one sec actually.

Yeah here,

But a recap for our friend here, not all bombs are born equal.

Looking here at their stat cards, we can see the 1000lb bomb is actually closer to 1104lb, or a bit more than 500kg.

It also used an explosive compound that had more energy than the german compound, hence being similar amounts of explosives, the british/US bomb having about a third more explosive power.

Which can be seen is well reflected inside the game on the so called resource-“that’s not a resource but just a chart of letters and numbers” that I shared yesterday:

Edit: I selected the wrong bomb for the 500kg, my bad. Edit made 5m after posting.

I do wanna share for shits and gigs, the discovery of a mosquito fitted to carry a 4000lb blockbuster bomb which would be undeniably funny to use in game.

Please note the extended belly of the bombbay to fit the “cookie”

Thank god we can rely on your wisdom!

Well, yes, bigger bombs would more then likely weigh more, but in Enlisted, it could be an Atomic bomb and it wouldn’t be able to penetrate a roof.

just to meme

kilo of feathers is obviously heavier than kilo of steel.

not sure here but what?
You realize the composition of something makes the weight and size yes?
something can be bigger but lighter.
In case of bombs, type of bomb, materials etc

The devs are fairing quite poorly and need to tighten their grasp of history.
