In my last 100 battles, I have barely participated in one battle fought in the rain.
Why did you remove it?
Was it too unstable?
Yes, I remember an update log where you stated that you were gonna decrease the chance of rain, but nowadays more or less no battles take place under that wheater circumstance.
And in the Pacific,
I have had none battles in the rain.
Would be grateful if any clarifications were made about this matter.
I was hoping we would get tropical storms for Pacific but i gess that was to much to ask
I only play Tunisia and in 2000+ battles I have never seen one single drop of rain.

I actually did not expect this game to have a weather feature at all…surprised to read that it once got this.
Just curious, as it was present, has it been just drops coming from the sky or did textures react dynamically to it (clothes getting wet) and puddles and mud came along with it?
Hard to believe, because as for jumping into a river with your squad, everyone comes out perfectly dry after it…
Play berlin, it is the only campaign that has rain.
Berlin gets thunderstorms
Moscow gets snow storms (one map)
Tunisia sand storms
Stalingrad nothing
Normandy nothing
Only in berlin rain
It only rains in Tunisia during winter
Well I have been playing Tunisia for over a year…so there should have been a winter by now.
Although I dont remember exactly when the weather effects were implemented (because I have never seen them).

I get rain in Normandy sometimes, but it’s only on the farm map.
Same.
Occasionally, like 1/100 it rains in Berlin and Stalingrad (only urban maps).
