The performance of this new shotgun is so poor that I think it should obviously go to BR1

It previously has 7 rounds, but now they change it to 4 rounds, dev just forget to change the description.
No, It is still better than those br 1 shotgun since they only have 2 rounds.
The reason why I say this is that the time it takes for this shotgun to fire four rounds and the time it takes to reload is basically the same as the time it takes for a double barreled shotgun to fire four rounds
Weird comparison, what is the point of counting reload time of Ithaca 37 when its advantage over those double barrel shotgun is literally the ability to fire 4 round before reload.
Moreover this not a fair comparison in the first place since Ithaca 37 is ready to fire again but the double barrel shot gun need reload.
oh hey they narrowly avoided the issue of payday ithaca having 7 rounds in a 4 round tube
I would personally put all shot guns at BR1
