Dark maps/rooms, sun rays

I’ve been playing Enlisted for some time now, and i have a problom
where the maps/rooms are really dark, and i can’t see the enemy at all,
is there somekind of option that increases the brightness in-game?
Besides that is there a way to remove/decrease sun rays?

ah yes finally someone state this major problem

dark room should be more bright because the weather are always super clear sunny day ofc the room would get more bright because the reflection somehow get into the houses

the sun is just too over-glowing it doesnt make any sense, even real life isnt that bright

Have to agree that sunlight should reflect and light up rooms more.

Yup. Sometimes it feels absolute BS, you can’t see enemy inside at all and makes pushing borderline impossible… Its not fun when capture points are inside buildings and you absolutely have to push, but pushing is near suicide because you cant see enemies shooting you.

Yet I always seem to get shot myself if I stay in a window for too long???

With scope you can see in from window but with ironsights you cant and yes expecially ligtning in general is trash in normandy campain too bright or dark and that stupid unrealistic fog!

Man the fog annoys me so much, why have airplanes if they’re just adding a layer of fog that removes visibility?
I understand some as lots of stuff are happening on the ground…
But most of it is bs.

Isnt it like this in real? can u see in peoples houses when u are outside? unless the sun is pointing straight in the windows even again u cant see that much.

I challenge you to go during the day to a house that has 6+ windows on each side and tell me how dark it is.

This is OP of this thread, i found out how to see better in dark areas, some monitors have the option to increase contrast, there should be some buttons beside or underneath the monitor screen
then when you click one of these buttons a menu should show up on your screen
then there should be an option to increase brightness and contrast if you have contrast at 50
then increase it to 100 but be warned everything will be mutch brighter and may hurt your eyes.

I mean when viewed from outside.

This is a problem with many games, for some reason devs (in general, game developers, not exclusive to Enlisted) keep praising it: “this is how our eyes adjust”. But it isn’t at all: this is how a camera adjusts - taking a picture/video in a room that has bright light portals can be challenging and look quite dark (depending on your camera and the way you position yourself, ofc.). But this is not how our eyes do it.
They basically implemented a crappy camera style adjustment, and now we are stuck with this solution, cause every major game engine has it.
Rant over

Ah, but the issue was not when viewed from the outside, it’s that when you go in to a room it is pitch black and you can’t see anyone :\

I would understand the eyes having to adjust and having a delay on saturation balance, but it’s not what happens :\

Hey!

Completelly agree.

What’s next, our character will blink as a camera shutter? :stuck_out_tongue:

Bright and dark diffrence might be correct if it would be in desert stylee enviroment but not in Normandy!
