Damage of Pedersen device needs to be increased

For now it has 6.2 damage in 10 meters. But the Specially made .30 bullet used by Pedersen device has about 400J muzzle energy and about 400m/s muzzle velocity.
The muzzle energy is between the Nambu bullet (274J) and the 9mm Parabellum bullet (494J).

Damage of Pedersen device should at least buff to 6.9. Otherwise it will be too weak in BR2.

In DF defense 1300fps is 396m/s which is super close to their muzzle velocity of 380. So theyre quite close. Buffing it to 6.5-6.9 might not be unreasonable.
