Judging by how they did Polish translation, you really wouldn’t understand it fully 
Unfortunately, if DF keeps using Google Translate as their translator, we’ll get more gems like the angle of inclination of the surface or Far Eastern shipyard (In the description of the PPD-40 DSZ. DSZ stands for Dalnevostochny Zavod “Zvezda” - Far eastern factory “Star”, but you obviously shouldn’t translate names).
Honestly, don´t think we can expect more expansion in terms of translations any time soon.
Not that I mind, I most likely wouldn´t even switch to Czech language even if I could.
Of course there is potential of getting more players by accessing game to their language skills, but then it would be more profitable for devs to go for larger potential markets first.
To be honest I don’t like localization of MMO as it lures in people who cannot speak English and since there are no language dedicated servers it makes it impossible to communicate with other people. It is enough to play Moscow/Berlin allies. Try to write something in chat and all response is in cyrillic.
