Maybe after the merge, and if the British, Americans, Italians, and Germans get different tech trees.

Tunisian squads are split between four countries, they would have to have four different sets of cosmetics and associated inventories for them. I think it’s most likely we are just going to get Americans and Germans, and then later they will add the Commonwealth and Italy as their own factions.

That seems likely.
Cosmetics used to be squad locked when you bought something. Even now certain squads like tankers and snipers(Stalingrad) have squad specific clothing. They could easily make sub-nation units have their own country’s uniform
I wasn’t saying it was impossible, just that it’s something they would have to work around, plus it doubles the amount of cosmetics they need to make for that campaign.
One other wrinkle is the tanker squads. The first tanker squad is Italian. But if you fill the squad with Tanker IIIs, which are German, they suddenly get German uniforms. So which cosmetic uniforms should they get?
They’ve already got double uniforms. You can already see us/uk in Tunis have different squad outfits, what do you mean? The point on tankers also doesn’t make sense, like it is now in the game you put Germans in Italian squad they get Italian uniforms and vice versa. It’s all squad based. They’ve got no problem, it’s just up to them if they want to add on
