Let’s try to look at all this professionally and without anger.
One can’t be silent, because of the completely casual attitude towards the already infinitely imperfect customization, which by itself requires a complete overhaul the least. The last example of this, was the last update during which several squads from BR3 were transferred to BR2.
Everything is beautiful and sweet. But just a simple transfer by simply changing the squad BR within 5 minutes does not at all redeem the fact that they also had at least try to “unlock” the existing imperfect customization placeholders for the customization of the Moscow and Tunis maps, respectively. And it becomes an impossible task for them …
Since Beta times, we keep hearing the same propaganda that - “customization is not a priority for developers now”. So maybe it’s time to finally take the time to fix everything, or even better to change it fundamentally.
Because it starts to “pay off” specifically in the game actually. Running in the snow steppes with green leaves or a tropical uniform is already a real possibility for the opponent to notice you without any trouble.
Also, during this all time, the forum and other media have received tons of the best proposals for customization reform presented down to the smallest detail from many players for whom customization is important. Please - make a coffee if necessary and look at the forum again.
This time, just for the beginning, once again (I’ll ask you again) - unlock all the equipment items in the customization - one by one. Scrap that useless “placeholder” model where the smg soldier runs around with mauser ammo pouches and the like. — Unlock all the items so that we can assemble everything separately from the existing parts.
Fix the customization!

Custiomization is a big part of Endgame IMO
You finally have all of your favourite squads unlocked, geared up to the max. Time to Suit them up, to distinguish them as the Elite units they are!
I personally love spending hours customising my elite squads with uniforms and equipment…or would if it was in a more acceptable state.
I did one and stopped. waiting to be developed more

I agree 110%. It’s been requested by Myself as well as countless others, one of which @ErikaKalkbrenner has brought forth countless data points, photos and information about this topic.
It needs to be said that the customization is a strongpoint in games that allows the players to better connect with their characters, as well as for the game/Business because they can profit money from items that do not effect the game.

If uniforms don’t adapt to equipment, I would it least like more customization. In some cases there is only one particularly shirt with one particular set of pouches.

I think it would be appropriate to say that uniforms should also have the appropriate color/camouflage for the map to be played (we no longer have control over the map to be played), to prevent the uniforms from highlighting the soldier instead of hiding him (for example, soldiers with uniforms for snow when the map has no snow or very little snow)
What I would not like to see happen to Enlisted is for the issue of uniform customization to go to the other extreme, where the battlefield looks more like a fashion show or like Fortnite.
I think both sides should have a certain guideline so that the uniforms are recognizable as friends or enemies without having to memorize a catalog of 100 uniforms to know who to shoot (and please don’t give me the speech of “… see the little arrow above the head of each friendly player …”)
I have been playing Enlisted for 3 years and I have never customized any of the soldiers’ uniforms, since I can only play for a while on the weekends and the game is already complicated enough without spending time on the uniforms.
I respect the sentiment and desire of the players who dedicate time and find fun in customizing uniforms.
But, I also consider that the game has several things to improve that in my opinion are more important (such as the issue of Balance between teams and the mach making with the current BRs), because if the players leave and the new ones uninstall the game after few minutes, there will be very few left to see beautiful uniforms.
