Custom squads scope/bayonet removal

I’m currently working on my first custom squads, and I am making a non-historical scenario in which Swedish forces are invading Latvia, I want to use the Gewehr 98 rifle, which comes with a scope, is there any way to remove the scope and add a bayonet?

Currently time we can’t edit animchars. So… We can’t add nodes or edit model/anim. But using entities.blk you can edit entity properties or create new entities… And property disableDMParts allows hide some model parts (problem in names and it kinda hard to find them).

Need to drop files inside your mod folder. After that you will able find gewehr_98 in Weapons.

Hah, interesting, haven’t thought about doing that.
