Custom games (what army selected; mode more visible)

Hey, would be nice if the custome games mode would be more visible to attrackt more players.
I bet many players dont know that you can change the mode. Even if it was in some tutorials, it seems to me people forget about it, like I see it when i play with my friends.
The way it was, or still is, in warthunder was good.
With that arrows beside the mode, that indicate that you can open a collapsable menu.

Another thing is, that its quite confusing with which army you will and can participate in a custom game. (also if you create a game)
This should also be reworked. Led to much frustration in me and maybe in others who then stop being interested in custom games.
I think the best way is again a collapsable list.
So basically o box that says “select army”, with the arrows beside it. And then a menu opens where it says for example “axis normandy; axis tunesia; allies normandy; allies tunesia”

the point is, everyone is well aware of custom matches ( or the majority of people ).

but they don’t end up playing for a few reasons.

majority of the time, custom matches are full of those every nation allowed and many maps rotation playlist. which some people might like for chaos, and others, don’t. maybe because they don’t like the seetings, or they don’t like the unbalancement between campaigns.
which even in those, you might not find available matches because those are all full.

or in the other hand, the serious and major problems that arise ( perhaps for me, and in my own eyes) is:

even if you want to play a specific map with a specific army it’s not guaranteed you’ll find the players to play it.

which, less players, ( below 10 or even 4 ) it means less experience ( next to none ) overhall. and that’s why majority of the people don’t play it.

for the rest:

i agree. more updates and features should be available to custom matches.

for example, a lobby chat, to ask if players have preferences for the next map,
name changer for the lobby, so it’s easier to find it when friends.

info descriptions is helpful if you have a specific theme and some messages that you want to make aware for those who joins.

restriction of numbers per team, and remove the balance team options.
( let’s say, i want to make a berlin custom matches with just 4 players against 10. let it be for fun, or cinematic purpouses. or heck, even lock one team full of bots, and the others full of players for a relaxing and cool battle against bots. sort of pve ).

and many, many others features that would be usefull.

but, we’ll see.
