Hopefully not. However I’ve heard Gaijin has some troubles with identifying player’s network when user has accounts both on PC and console.
Well, option to choose wether you want to play with crossplay or not would be great. But devs decided to turn it off completely instead giving players a choice.
I have to correct you a bit. Crossplay exists and is optional. It just does not include PC.
I do agree with this.
Both PC and consoles each have their advantages (mouse vs aim assist), so neither side should be forced to play with the other. However, if the option is wanted, players should be allowed to enable it.

True, I meant crossplay between consoles and PC. But 100% optional, so noone would feel treated unfairly. That way it can bring only profit in form of bigger playerbase.

Some time ago devs turned off crossplay between consoles and PC. This was first time I saw that console indicator since that.
Aim assist basically does not exist. I do not feel any difference when it is on or off. People who play both PC and console version say it is not even comparable in how much easier it is on PC. I am not even mentioning that console UI in current form is an afterthought, some actions are very cumbersome to perform and some not possible at all.
Well, soon many will be able to compare versions for free and understand why there was such an outcry on consoles when mandatory crossplay was briefly introduced.
Regardless, I think that such option should exist. Some people simply want to play with friends, some like challenge even if game is not fair.

No they didn’t, they said they did but they just removed it from squads and made it lone fighters exclusives I talked with cirno about it in the discord iirc

Wouldn’t surprise me with that one 33% armor nerf on the Pz2C without telling anyone. Neither here, nor in War Thunder, where it was also nerfed 
I think because they finally realized that it wasn’t the right armor and didn’t want to admit it nearly ten years later lmfao
The armor it had was a late modification for it where they added an extra plate

During cross-play, I saw a console gamer consistently win engagements and score in the top 3 nearly every game. I suspect there’s a way to use aim-assist + mouse-aim on the console successfully.
Console players, just as PC players can be better or worse. The point is that the same player will have much easier life on PC. From the speed of targeting with mouse to numerous and quicker controls, to just an absense of some options. There is no way to incline for once (it could be added without big problems but only by devs, you practically cannot map it with current UI).
Switching to another soldier is also pretty erratic and slow. And so on.
Crossplay between consoles was never disabled. I am on Ps5 and majority of my games are always full with xbox players
