Crewless tanks should remain on battlefield if no modules are damaged enough to justify destruction, and small arms fire shouldn't kill it

Sometimes, tank slots are wasted on players who, well, can’t play tanks. it would be great when if a tank’s crew is knocked out but the tank itself is not yet destroyed, or the tank crew has left the tank, the tank should not die to small arms fire and should actually have to be destroyed by another tank shot. This way the team can use abandoned tanks and control them, however to nerfed effectiveness if they are not tankers (slower accel, turret turn, aim time, and track turning time, and especially loading time).
Basically, tanks no longer die to small arms fire or if the crew is randomly killed elsewhere without the tank itself receiving destruction worthy damage. Both enemy and allied soldiers can use tanks on either side that have had their crews knocked out, however, they cannot use it as efficiently, with nerfs like slower turning, turret turning, aiming, and loading.
