yes, i do want a priority system so that when a crew manning a certain role dies another less important crew would take place
but the difference is that i want to be able to change the actual job of the crew members at the start when you have less crew
like maybe when you have just unlocked the tank and just want gunner, driver and loader instead of commander
and in case of bombers where when you just unlocked the plane and still need to unlock all the squad size upgrades
it would be quite annoying when you finally gained that gunner slot of yours like in the nazi bomber Ju 188 A-2
only to find the first gunner slot to be unlocked is actually the front facing gunner not the rear one
making you pretty much a moving practice target
