Assault already has ars assault rifles or medium caliber fully automatic rifles.
SF or select fire rifle are fully automatic rifles with full caliber rounds same thing bigger bullets bigger holes more damage…
If Automatic Rifles are Riflemen weapons, at least for the foreseeable future, then I won’t stop until the Federov is finally put where it belongs

Fair point but we can also look at historical precedent. Infantry used bolt and semi rifles. Automatic rifles were extremely rare. It wasn’t until after the war that automatic rifles became the new standard infantry weapon which were then replaced by assault rifles not too long after.
We can look at Assault as the automatic infantry weapon class; as opposed to Machine Gunners who are supposed to provide fire support.
I don’t. I only play BR III. I made this post mainly because I’ve heard lots of people complaining about it, and wanted to know everyone’s opinions on it.

The introduction of ars and sfrs it’s just not WW2 that and balancing it with 4 or 3. I know 3 now no longer sees 5 but it was a real nightmare for a while. That and how fake many weapons are. B5 gives a bad taste nearly invulnerable king tigers.
It’s silly to talk about historicity when you talk about it in Enlisted. Historicity in our game died a long time ago.
