Couple questions

Greetings, I have some questions about hidden mechanics in Enlisted resource table. Sorry for my bad English.

  1. How does dispersion work in game? Do we have Gaussian distribution of bullet impact points? Is dispersion parameter same as dispersion in probabilily density formula?
  2. How should we interpolate damage over distance before 10 and between 10 and 100 meters? How damage lowers with distance?
  3. How should we read the recoil parameter in table? What does the recoil impulse parameter (was mentioned in one of the previous patchnotes)? Why actual recoil parameter of Fg-42-2 was significantly lowered but real recoil in game became a bit worse and more random?
  4. In Enlisted tool website (yea, I know, that it is outdated) mentioned that body armour not including shoulders and groin area despite visual model covered them at least partially. Is it true? Does helmet affects on damage of all head and even neck (as it mentioned in table)?
  1. The lower the dispersion the more likely the bullet with go where u aim
  2. Damage drop off is linear
  3. Recoil Impulse helps control recoil easier however on top of it gets an OffsetRecoil mult which increase recoil and randomness of the gun
  4. Body armor reduce damage by 10% regardless if your shot from the front or back and same goes to helmet reducing damage taken by 10% but remember u do take 200% more damage to the head and 230% to the neck

I understand that, but how probability spreaded over the circle of the bullet spread? Is chance for bullet to go in the center of spread circle higher than to go on its edge?
P S My bad, found about it in table.

So, on 1 meter damage is higher than on 10 meters?

So, it affects on damage throughout the whole torso, right? And what about hands?
Many thanks for answer!

From 1 to 10 m the damage is the same, but afterwards the damage gets lower with distance

Yes , but hands shouldn’t get the damage reduction iirc

Yep
