Correct way of configuring navmesh for custom level binaries? (Question to developers)

I have exported the Gaija Sample Island + Custom mesh with navmesh generated inside the open sourced DaEditor:

This navmesh works perfectly in-game:

However, when trying to re-generate navmesh inside Enlisted, the game crashes to desktop.

Is there a solution to this? Because of this, it’s impossible to regenerate navmesh for RI placed afterwards.
