In Enlisted, players are expected to acquire new units using gold and silver, yet a significant number of these units are missing from the shop. Premium squads—purchased primarily with gold bought using real money — are often unavailable (e.g., Germany’s 557th Grenadier Regiment, the Soviet 124th Tank Regiment, and the 1st Group of Moroccan Auxiliaries, etc.). Campaign squads have become inaccessible due to the discontinuation of campaigns. Event squads, such as Paratroopers, Universal Carriers, APCs, etc. are unavailable to newer or more casual players. Additionally, battle pass-exclusive weapons, vehicles, and soldiers are no longer obtainable.
Could you clarify why the development team has chosen to remove so much content rather than making it accessible to all players?
Yeah, but this is a double-edged sword, as it’s also driving players away—including veterans who are frustrated by the lack of new content, maps, and other updates. To be honest, the devs don’t even need to create all this content from scratch, as it already exists—and selling it would bring in money, which is good for them, you know.
This is a very old video, many of these guns were added to the game, usually either as a BP or event gun.
There are still unused guns left in the editor though like the G40K
