Right now, it is 10 players vs 10 players game. There is no BOT in the game, but there are still only one or two people building rally point.
If you do not want to get in the point, I understand. Some players just like to play sinper. But the rally point really make me confused. What is the reason that make a player refuse to build rally pioint. Are their victory conditions different with mine or what?
a player that might build a rally sees that there’s already one or two then he will just push the point, that’s what I do, I think that one or two are more than enough.
There are still bots in the game.
But less than before.
And deserters are replaced by bots.
Yes, there are players that just dont care much about the objective.
They just want to play for fun, shoot and run around and blow stuff up.
They dont really care about winning, results, etc.
Or they are just new -and you are not- and trying to learn everything.
Like you, many times I dont know what the hell my teammates are doing.
They build nothing and mark nothing.
And 15 minutes into the battle they have only 3 kills and 100 score??!?!?!
And they are no bots but really human, you can see the controller icon or name decorator.
I see them in every BR battle.
I like mostly flying myself.
When I notice my team is not capping, I leave the plane to join the ground battle.
What do I find there?
My team is only sniping from 1km away while they are supposed to be attacking the objective.
The defending team is also only sniping.
So I avoid the sniper’s bullets, enter the objective and find it totally empty…no attackers and no defenders and my squad takes the point in seconds…WTF.
Happens often.
My advice is to lower your expectations of your anonymous teammates.
Some are good, some are not.
I dont get frustrated anymore when they all seem braindead.
One thing that has never really gotten better. Really there is almost no excuse for not having at least 5 rally points at any one time if players were on the ball…
yea i mean 2 rally is good but that mean everyone is going to rely on those 2 rally making it predictable where the enemy/us going to attack more rally make it seem more random
It’s similarly frustrating that players dont understand that destroying enemy rallies before pushing a point will make it about 10x easier, and hopelessly B-line to attack objective by themselves with no hope of actually succeeding in anything but getting a couple frags instead of taking the extra 20-30 seconds to go on a flank, find their rally, and crush any chance of reinforcing the point after they push.
From my perspective it’s also affected by too strict squad limit for F2P players. I try to have engineer in each squad but as I max-out one squad I replace it with new one for grinding and it takes some time to level it to unlock engineer slot (especially the initial grind to unlock all XP boosts are painful as they don’t make the squad better in combat). So in some cases I end up with only 1 squad with engineers out of 3 usable and if that single engineer gets killed before I managed to build a rally then I need to rotate all 2 squads without engineer to spawn again and at that point it can no longer be needed as somebody else just spawned with engineer and built rally. Then I get killed, rally gets destroyed and we are again without rally for several minutes.
