I spent almost 1 hour playing this awful mode. We won almost all the capture points ( the enemy team was only capturing the last point ), but we lost… LMAO This game mode is so poorly made that I can’t believe it.

I think it’s worse on Koenigsplatz that Kahif Caves Village. And that’s saying something.

I like confrontation, same as the invasion.
Worst game modes are conquest and assault.

Whenever one complains about Confrontation, its always Kahif combining this with the bad bot pathing where bots get stuck in houses.
Assault is the much worse offender especially as attackers since defenders can just screw over by retaking a single pixel of the cap circle since the game considers it as recaptured even when its still recapturing.
Allow me to point out why I disagree.
Longer battles are way more emersive improving game experience.
Longer battles justify the use of trenches and fortifications that can be used in case we have to retreat.
Longer battles allow units to acquire more experience and therefore promote squad and unit upgrades.
Obviously, everyone experience the game in a different way so expectation change from one player to the next one.
Khakif confrontation is, take a pit, lose a pit again and again for something like 40+ minutes
If you call this fun i guess miner simulator gonna be the best game ever made

Still better than Invasion where attackers just need to drop enough bodies until magic circle is blue.
I like it alot.
For this to happen, you need good players on both sides that are willing to go for a long haul instead of just 1 guy in 1 team carrying his whole team while around 50% or more players have already deserted as a result, those types of matches are rare. The most common long matches we get are just defenders stomping attackers mostly at the first cap, even longer when attackers don’t even leave their grey zones.
Long battles in Red Orchestra 2 are more fun since there are some down times between engagements and actually has more liberty where people can flank or counter attack instead of what we have in Enlisted where turning my eye off from the objective for a second and the objective falls since idiot teammates don’t know how to defend where trusting my teammates to not let the enemy take the objective is difficult alongside having to sweat all the time for over 30 minutes because of stupid teammates not paying attention to the objective. Also there were more tactical options since nobody has infinite tickets where one can make a certain sector with 2 objectives a meat grinder until one of the teams run out of tickets then the objectives fall like dominoes.

My experience with this mode is as follows.
Example match no.1
We capture every point except the last but our tickets are depleted. So the match ends and we lose with more capture points taken.
Example match no. 2
We get every CP taken except our last. They got no more tickets and a timer is ticking down for them.
As we finish to capture our point back we also lose our last ticket. So for some reason the timer switches to our side and we lose while the next CP is still locked.
This mode doesn’t make any fkn sense.
I don’t like any other mode but invasion but im forced to play all modes bcs if I leave I get demoted.
Free mode selection when?!
