So my dad used to shoot for his college shooting team back in the days (dad lore) and they fired Chinese Type 56s (basically Chinese made Soviet SKS) using 7.62x39mm intermediate charge. He was watching me play one day and said that the concrete walls and any trace of metal foil (frames of cranes, water towers, car debris etc…) are too strong, as he recalled being able to penetrate at least 21cm of brick wall with his Type 56 (which is about the long side of a red brick here, may differ due to nation/region). And remember that’s just what an intermediate charge can do, a full 7.92x57 mauser or 7.62x54r can likely rip through common house walls and thin metal covers of cars, a point justified by many youtube vids. Sadly in the game today a rifle round or mg round can be stopped by the slightest trace of concrete or metal, significantly increasing the difficulty to clear houses and rooms in urban maps while ironically a hit on your ear (Trump lol) just kills (no luck for you here Mr Trump). I’d love to see some changes in this aspect so that the MGs and rifles can functions like they really do.

Ok sorry this guy surely took his time so here this can justify that ALL rounds went through the wall and can strike a wooden board 10 feet behind the wall with accuracy, undoubtedly lethal to human flesh
I do like this suggestion as at the moment 9mm and full power rifle round can only max penetrate 1mm of cover which seems a bit odd because of the power differences of these rounds. Also guns should penetrate further into weaker materials.
It will be a nightmare to defend a house if they do so.
People already complained about the wooden house being shot through, now imagine all house can be shot through.
I enjoyed the 50 Cals penetrating everything on the Pacific maps while it lasted.
