Completely re-work Japanese Rifle Grenade Launchers

I’ve been playing Japanese BR III a lot lately, with grenade launchers being the main thing on my line-up. Hence, I can authoritatively attest that they are one of the most bugged and dysfunctional weapons in the game.

The main problem is that about 20% of the time, for no reason, the weapon simply fails to detonate and deal any damage (which is extremely frustrating, obviously). You can shoot the enemy even at point-blank and nothing happens. After going through this so many times, I also noticed that when that happens, any rifle-grenade shot fired from that gun will also not deal any damage. Strange bug.

But it’s not just that, there are other similar strange bugs in this weapon, such as how even equipping it causes the “mark” function to become dealigned (you have to point 10-20m upwards of its real position to actually mark a tank, etc.). The blast radio from the greanade impact is also different from those from other faction’s GLs. All of these make me think the gun is severely bugged and something about its in-game files might be compromised.

I understand this is not the bug-report section, and far for me to teach game-development procedure, but I believe that this gun and its files should be completely removed from the game, and then re-made from zero before being added back to the game, to get rid of all the mysterious bugs and oddities currently seen in it.

Type 38 GL keeps trolling me, when I press U to remove the GL, it simply reappears on the gun completely blocking my sights.
Pressing U again just puts the GL back XD.
