I think I quite frankly find this event insulting to my intelligence, where they think they can try to scam me with stuff that shouldn’t be pay walled.
But here’s another way to improve player dev relations, is that too those whom already spent the 900 gold for the event battle pass (that shouldn’t have been paid walled btw) their gold back, but also ether give the players that didn’t pay for the battle pass all the stuff they’d missed out because of it.
The excuse of the creates giving me the said guns is not enough, when getting a firearm is already low but when you’re more likely to get a crappy pistol than a mas 38 or a mid portrait.

I actually dont mind this bp style event that much but it needs tweaking. I am highly against locking main rewards behind paywall.
The bp could work if f2p players had chance to get something from every level and paid players get the same thing but twice as much.
For an example: level 1: f2p players get 2 double barrel shotguns and paid players get 4. Level 2 f2p players get 4000 silver and paid players 8000.
That way there would be no empty levels for f2p and popular guns such as mas 38 wouldnt be locked behind paywall.
I would still prefer normal 20 000 grind any day but if the devs really wanna hold onto the bp thing then atleast make it fair.

I haven’t even bothered with the event since they announced it, not even logging in at all. And I had been playing regularly these last few weeks considerably, like I usually do. I just feel bummed out by the obvious Fortnite-zation of this game which has become more evident with each year. It’s such a departure of the game from when I first played, and I know I’m not the only one who feels that way. One thing is certain, something needs to change. The question is: will they do it or not. (I’m thinking the later)

Battle passes without getting your currency back are a rip off. Even getting half back would be better than not getting any gold.

Maybe if they change the purchase from gold to silver it can work
At least F2P players can get access extra stuff while getting back their silver
Hut instead they do gold which was stupid since last year
