throughout the Vg 1-5’s life,it has always been classified as an SMG,so you can only put it on assaulters,tankers,and pilots.now,this would have been fine,if not for the fact that it is semi auto only(not saying it should be full auto,only very experimental ones were automatic).this means that on the same people who can hold amazing,powerful automatics weapons,you get this.the MP 40 and the MP35/1 are way better than this thing,and in the right situation the Luftwaffe drilling and MP3008 are better.and with this being a strictly semi automatic weapon,it should be classified as a semi automatic rifle,and be able to be equipped on riflemen,radio operators,everyone else.this gun is often just scrapped or left in storage,being overshadowed by the MP40 and MP35/1.this gun,even in the test server,is still used on only assaulters,pilots,and tankers.and what’s more mind boggling is the fact that it is unlocked the same level as the PPD 40.please make this gun useful.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TkvamOCtL90&t=118s

Funny that one of their announcement stated that the VG1-5 will be available as rifleman weapon… and that’s was before the test server
But then they “forgot” it just like they do with everyone who gave feedback about the test server…
I agree the VG 1-5 should be a Riflemen weapon. It’s roughly their equivalent of an M1 Carbine
I have heard there may have been an automatic variant but I’d look into that. That one could go to Assaulters
I also kind of feel the Gewehr 43 Kurz should go to Assaulters since its technically an assault rifle
and it will be, you can see the old news and the comments of the CMs and helpers that confirm that the VG1.5 will be available in the future for every soldier
