The Colt New Service should get a damage buff because its chambered in larger sized .45 Colt also referred to as .45 Long Colt as to help differentiate it from the shorter .45 ACP
Also this would allow it to be added to the Normandie campaign as an alternative handgun for allied forces since its the only campaign faction with only 1 handgun…

They were produced in a LARGE amount of calibers and from what I can find the model military 1917 new service was only in .45 ACP. Given this is WWII and it does 6.5 damage like the 1911 this is the .45 1917 variant and not the 1909 45 Colt
Doesn’t it already have the same damage as the 1911? It’s the best revolver in the game by a wide margin with more damage abd faster reload; I get one and two shot kills with it regularly.
I agree that it should be in Normandy too, but otherwise I think it’s about as good as it should be.
This came from me mistaking the military model as firing the .45 long colt which would hit harder than the relatively stubby .45acp that the colt automatic is chambered in.
For comparison it would be like me saying a .357 magnum should hit harder than a 9mm luger as a .357 is longer with more propellant
