A few “Collector” Planes that would be interesting to have for Tunisia would be:

CR 42 (Why dose War thunder not have the Bomb Option for this???)
Boston MK I, this may not really fit the Collector criteria as it’s bomb load would be very effective.
Planes that would be fun to use and not really unbalancing in anyway.
FW 189 A-1 is currently as Event vehicle in Moscow

Typhoons were not used operationally in North Africa, But that’s certainly not stop them from adding stuff before

How about a nice big bad B-25 to bomb the enemy into oblivion.
B 25s were definitely there, i’ve always been partial to the B 26 though, largely for aesthetic reasons, and they were also used in North Africa.
I assume we’re going to see some kind of bomber on both sides I am very curious as to what it’s going to be, for the Axis either a Z 1007 or a JU 88 Would be my guess but for the allies they’re really quite a few options
