Maps should be easy to build, no? Normandy is lacking in good maps. Moscow could use a couple more. Etc.
I think in general - campaigns are well balanced, and probably don’t require more levels. It’s already atrociously long, to max out from level 0, for new guys. Maybe don’t make it any harder?
Still shocked, just how much failure gaming industry is producing these days. COD Vanguard lol everyone is running with TACTICAL SIGHTS hahaha, MG42 has no recoil, and is used like a smg. Bah. COD Modern Warfare was the last good entry in that franchise.
As a man who grew up with CoD 1 and 2 I can agree to this assessment. Modern warfare 1 was indeed the last good cod there was. All the rest after this one are just… not worth it.

The Tunisia of CoD 2 and the Vanguard are so much better, they have true desert map and not redundant battle in city, city and again city with desert as background decor. Terrible and boring.
i wished for enlisted to have a campaign ( which even if they would have tried to make it bad, or unistorical, vanguard ( how about now mr german duck ) cannot be beaten when it comes to trash aspects ( whether 1 man army, questionable parts where the character gets woounded but still fight and other many terrible aspects ).
i wish somewhat enlisted to be similar ( no, not the awefull gameplay, faster phase, nor insane recoil ) but uniforms, more gamemodes, more features and above all, PVE content ( ).
because looking at the walk-throughs of vanguard, i wish for enlisted to follow somewhat the same design ( although much larger for squads ).
going for the roads of stalingrad with your squads and sweap the german positions.
or many others.
right now just feels… normal cod ( zee irony ) where it’s a rush for the point, who use the most automatic weapons faster or the most broken tanks to take the fight at the other enemy. all just meaningless and somewhat prive of realism.
( maybe i just realized i’m playing the wrong game with different expectations )
Not that boring: if you are ok with fooling around a bit, some maps have alot of dunes around the cities. I went off road do some dune jumps with motorcycles once, it’s quite nice. Nothing says some maps won’t be deserts around oasis in the future, too.
Yes, some people enjoy single player, Enlisted could do something like that. Stalingrad, Kursk would make nice setting. I don’t personally play single player - too simple for my tastes. But I could appreciate a good storyline, and like soldier rank progression, etc

Like you said it’s only AROUND but every single capture points are in cities, fortress, palace… Rommel didn’t fought in Tunisia only in cities lol. How they can release a Tunisia campaign with already 4 invasion without a single map fighting in true desert map with trench and other things?
Without missing they look like too much similar outside the castle point in Al Har or the first point of Al Jabal, fighting between little house again and again. It remember me Moscow when there was only Vysokovo and Monastery with the static capture points.
Played so many Lans in cod1 and uo here in Portugal…
And so many tournaments using xfire in cod2 when it was released… Lost the number of headsets, keyboards, store gift cards, money and merchandise I own playing that game with my team back then…
