Clothing should get dirty if you lie down in dirt, snowy if you lie down in snow

Hello comrades!

Another simple addition which would make the game more detailed and immersive.
In case you did not notice, the clothes of soldiers and guns actually look a little wet if you play on maps while its raining. Same should work for snowy weather.

But the main point, clothes (and guns) should get dirty, snowy, or wet, depending on the terrain which you lie down on. (just like in battlefield 1 and 5) This would make the game way more immersive, since you would feel the location which youre fighting in.

Another little touch: maybe clothes of soldiers who survived fire by putting it out before they died should get burn marks.

A little of topic, but lightning with rain would be amazing (I saw a screenshot once of a lightning in Berlin, yet I never actually see one, even if I spend days on the game)

I see them, nice effect but pretty usless if thunderstorm and rain battle are almost inexistant

fully agree!

Im not sure how its called but i call it “second layer of textures” - dirty texture blody wet and snow and all together - we have it in war thunder and we WANT it there too!

Its insanely sad that they basically nerfed the probability of rain battles almost to zero- I really miss them too. They were my favorites. I remember that one game of stalingrad with lightining. They were beautiful

What can we say? They are often making idiotic update like. Rainy battles were much more immersive than the shiny D-day you see 90% of the time per example…

i think it would be very cool, but would eat preformance and for that being disabled for bare minimum settings

and since dirty soldiers get an entirely diffrent camo than clean ones, this would create unfairness

if only darkflow could imprement this with 0 preformance drop, i’d love to see this in game

with bare minimum settings i can now finally leave realm of 30-40 FPS and play on 55-65 :pleading_face: (thank you darflow for this)

That short was great. Many versions of it.
A rolls indeed, using real actors and looking somewhat realistic…

… unlike battlefield that looks like a fantasy action movie. Makes me think of star wars, but parallel universe woke ww1 instead :thinking:

Ugh.
I mean, if you played cyberpunk2077, she looks like one of the nomads.

Enlisted is very unrealistic, censored and cod like, but it’s at least not fantasy grade like EA battlefields.
