Maybe compared to that game, it might.
But generally, it’s not too bad if you’re not overly picky about graphics.

I was looking into it, it has everything i could ask for it just doesnt look as nice. So many factions; French, Italian, allies Italian, polish, the usual 5 (German, American, British, Russian, Japanese).

There’s also Australians, which is cool.
My recommendation is buy the whole package, it’s cheap enough for that.
