Don’t just rely on UI to tell you you have rewards, I just went through and found I had 16 orders, troops and weapons, now all my teams on both campaigns have troops and can fight half decently.
Those are newly added achievements, added with todays update. And they are really ease, so basicaly free silver orders.
really usefull and a real relif.
although, they end quite quickly.
but a great start.
I collected mine but didn’t get anything from them, Broken sadly.
Play one match, after the match ended you got the orders 
Exit the game and open it again, that worked for me.
Tried that didn’t work.
