Is there a way i can report this player which has been using molovoc, flamegun and exposing own teammates spawn point to his friend on opposite team. His username is “boyandhisgun”, first time met such player. Kindya piss of with these sort of player who plays dirty way.

You have to report him in game after the battle end, clicking on his name, you cant now
Teamkilling isn’t cheating, but unsporting behavior if intentional. You can report for unsporting behavior after the battle, but I’m pretty sure the report function is just there for show and doesn’t actually do anything.
Also, how would you know they are conspiring with the enemy team and giving up rally positions?
Yes on score board you can hold the ALT key and right click on their name and the options is there somewhere

Ain’t a cheater, it’s a troll. And yes auto kick for abusiveness of fire should be activated. Ain’t normal to TK 15-20 soldiers without being punished. Lost sometimes a couple of soldiers due to newbies using flamethrowers but what you are showing here should be punishable automatically.
These players should be banned.
