Changing soldier appearance in-game

Are the soldier ‘appearance’ changes also reflected in-game?

I purchased the 88th Grenadier Regiment, love their weapon and classes (4 assault & an engineer) BUT they are all wearing an absolutely ugly-ass orange camouflage for all of the different battles. I’ve changed their uniforms for one of the battle locations (not that it matters, but the battle of Berlin) and although I haven’t played a Berlin battle since, in other battle locations they still are wearing the ‘hunter orange-please shoot me’ camo.

Would I have to buy/use appearance order tickets for ALL of the battle locations?
(Moscow, Berlin, Stalingrad, Tunisia, Normandy and Battle of the Bulge)

also yes (but take note, depending on the BR you use, your squads may not see all of those locations)
