Do you want the 2x 1000 lb bomb and 6x HVAR P-51D? Because if you do custom payloads, the P-51D will get that payload.
Very simple problem. Developers can reduce the bomb load of the aircraft, which is much smaller than WT
I don’t think that allowing Berlin’s IL2M-3 to use the custom bombs and rockets in the picture will cause any OP
The only way custom loadouts will be a thing, is by adding a further layer of grind. Planes will start with crappy payloads and will have to unlock better ones.

Planes will start without payloads and you will have to grind it xD.
The 2x 500lb bombs is the P-51D’s minimum payload, so that isn’t possible.
However, it is nice to know what is about to be dropped when you hear the plane. It would be really annoying if Stukas had rockets.
