Changed perk points after the big update?

It looks like the perk points for the flame trooper class have changed. I want to buy some more flame trooper IIs to make sure I only have perfectly rolled flamers.

According to a perk table I have, a flame trooper I with Level 1 is 4-9-2, the maximum with Level 5 is 16-21-14. However, I have a legacy flame trooper I in Level 5 with 18-21-15.

For a flame trooper II, it is similar: according to my table, flame trooper II Level 1 with 7-9-3, the maximum with Level 5 is 19-21-15. One of my legacy flame troopers II in Level 5 however, has 18-23-16.

What are the figures to look for a perfectly rolled flame trooper II?

Is there a list/table somewhere of the current min/max perks after the big update? Preferably including the new APC driver class?

Old flamethrowers are now legacy guys.

Don’t sell them! They have much better stats than new ones…

No, I won’t sell them. I unfortunately didn’t bother getting perfectly rolled flame troopers before the update, as I am not too fond of this class. But even they are better than new perfectly rolled new ones!

After I accidentally and stupidly sold a German Radio operator II class yesterday, I am more careful with playing with the “Sell”-functionality…
