Change the useless Assaulter 3 Battlepass Soldier to Assaulter 4

Personally I wont be using an Assaulter 3. But we can get the max level soldier for other classes? Guerrilla, Radio Op, Engineer etc all level 2.
Even the new Rifleman is max level, 3.
Why not Assaulter 4? The class perk and perk points are far and away, objectively more viable than the crappy Assaulter 3

21-19-20 with 12% reload speed :white_check_mark:

First thought i had while i was reading about those rewards. Last season we had rifleman 3 and assaulter 3 too. They are trolling us hard.
