The rocket spawn somewhere in the middle of its parabolic flight, understandably due to gameplay restriction, however the rocket sound should reflect its position. When the rockets spawn in it sound like I’m standing next to the rocket launcher.
Remove the rocket starting sound and just play the sound of the rocket flying.
