never understood that argument, Sniping is not part of the Meta for a reason, removing the kill cam would only give more reason to play a squad that is rarely played seriously.

i mean i can still snipe tf out of the enemy squads, i just cant stay in the same spot forever. Its also p realistic.
Nah, .5 seconds is not a kill cam and itās not enough time to magically know whereās your killer. Although I quite love the fact that gray zone tanks are so highlighted on the map. This should be the rule for every single playerā¦
Youāre not playing the objective as a sniper
Youāre being selfish and completely and utterly worthless to the team. An AI is better than a sniper main. At least the AI will rush point life and life again

Sometimes when youāre a sniper you can sit in the objective sniping, and sometimes you can be far away

The dude who shot you gets a red outline for like a second at best and then you either swap to your next dude or spawn your next squad. Nothing else

And when your team runs out of tickets and the timer starts ticking? When youāre going through your teammates to see who all is left alive, you know what you see? Some dude with 12 or less kills sitting in a building near basic spawn just sitting there on his rear being absolutely useless
Grow a pair, rush point, and either try to cap it or get the dang match over with and stop wasting all of our time waiting out the clock. Itād be so much less infuriating to see snipers if they didnāt all do this same dang thing match after match after match

Again you are complaining about the fundamental job of a particular class.
The sniper is doing his job as the Assaulter is doing his.
If the battle is lost that speaks more to the other squadās job. I could be a Sniper and say to an Assaulter what the heck are you doing get on point
Obviously dead and unable to spawn from overwhelming enemy force on and around point. Maybe if my fellow teammates where pushing and reaching point with me instead of leaving me to solo the entire enemy team and be the only player capable of ever even touching the point, then we might have turned the tides of battle and at least taken that one and maybe more. But no, Iām left alone while friendly tankers sit on their rear, friendly planes fly around uselessly, and the 1-3 snipers just sit in their buildings contributing nothing
I donāt have anything against snipers, I have a lot against the game design though, I would like to be a sniper sometimes, but it doesnāt make any sense, the game design is to kill as many as possible as quickly as possible, itās hard to achieve that as a sniper, so what if you get a few frags when 20 meters away, the same team will respawn and attack the point again.
For this particular reason Iād like to see some new supportive abilities for sniper class, would you imagine being able to make recon plane call ins or some passive ability to mark everything in scope sight?
this alone would make snipers way more valuable, because as right now they are simply lacking.

I understand that sentiment. Itās like some people would say when you really think about it why should you take down an enemy plane, itās one squad less on the ground. Or why should I destroy this tank if it can comeback in just a few turns
My gaming philosophy is not quite easy to label, but overall I just get āinto the battleā if that makes any sense. If Iām a fighter heck yes Iām gonna go take down that enemy plane, even though heāll just be a squad on the ground that my team has to deal with, because thatās my job. Or if Iām a sniper heck yes Iām gonna go snipe or if Iām an Assaulter Iāll charge the objective and so on and so fourth

Iāve never been insulted because of that. But I guess its because I can still be on top of leaderboard anyway.

last time I was insulted I was top score, although the guy who insulted me was really weird and typed all weird things including enemy team cheating so yeah
and clearly you can see snipers fighters being insulted here for example too

I donāt think the game design explicitly sucks. I just think itās a bunch of conflicting factors
In my opinion this game is a mix between arcade, hardcore, and sandbox. Itās somewhere in the family of the classic Battlefields, Forgotten Hope, Easy Red, etc.
I would say ignore the bone heads and play what you must play. For example Iāve seen people shit on mortars because they think Assaulter are the end all be all of gameplay.
I think the game is fine in its current state, but I will say if we had some sort of giant map with more players then I think weād really get to see many different features truly shine

more players would be really useful, in the current game, due to absoulte freedom of choice players may overlap squad choices, meaning you can have up to 3-4 snipers, 2 planes, 2 tankers and hardly anybody to push the game,
and not only the battle, i.e. the entire backbone of the game, is not progressing, but it is also simply boring, being stuck in first objective stage, apart from the crying of sweats, is simply a problem. I have games like this very often - stuck, boring, hopeless.
maybe more players would soften this problem
yea i know that was just the latest example because i donāt get insulted much, but when i do itās when iām just chilling with objectively weak squads.
