I think that the stug 3 75 mm SHORT should be br1
That would be historicly accurate (yeah I know, you can’t be 100% historicly accurate) , since the panzer 3 N is br 2 (that thing honestly should be br. 3, with it’s anti-infantery potential and since they gave it it’s heat shell that can pen 100 mm (the same penetration like the M) and with it’s armour (why I’m saying armour, look at the m8 (open topped and no armour, that’s why it’s at br. 2) ) and has a machine gun and turret, the panzer 3 F2 should be br. 2 (HEAR ME OUT) It’s the weakest of the upgunned panzer 4’s The G, well that thing is dead in a ditch since they remove it, but it has the same turret travers and actually, if I remember right, it has 80mmm hull armour (give it to you, they are 2 plates, so if enlisted has the same Warthunder damage and penetration model, they’re easier to pen vs a single plate like the h and j have) and the H and J have a even more upgunned armament (give it to you not by much, but still enough)
If most people would dissagre, I proppose that the stug 3 F should be moves down to br. 2
If the F2 stays at br. 3 make the stug br 2 since it has no machine gun and turret
Even in WarThunder the stugs with the 75 and 105 are 1 full br. lower vs the pnazer 4’s
didnt read all but yes, short stug belongs to br1 and long stug belongs to br2. ive been playing the long one for some weeks and its even barely OK at br2. heavily wrongly placed BRs. especially since the dicker max is br3, which is just a more dangerous stug in most situations.

None of these suggestions make sense, StuG and long Panzer IV at BR2 would be overkill, Panzer III N at BR3 would simply kill the tank.

The HEAT for the short 75 mm is only 80mm of pen as enlisted uses the Hl.Gr 38B HEAT round and not the Hl.Gr 38C and is facing heaviely armored tanks in BR 3 like the KV 1 with a minumum of 75mm armor from front and side without any angle.
The M8 Scott has on the othere hand only faces tanks with 50 mm from armor from the front ontop of having about 90mm of pen meaning it will always pen regardless of the tank.
Historical accuracy has nothing to do with BR

ik, historical accuracy in this game will LITERALLY ruin game balance, if it was accurate, there would be no gray zone, no spawn protections, no rally points that literally make soldiers respawn and you can only control yourself since your not a hivemind, and if you die, you don’t respawn.
these are all realistic ideas but game breaking ones to the point no one will play

Some even want to TWEAK br, to favour HA BEFORE BALANCE, which is ludicrous and contrary to the very purpose of br in the first place…

true, is stupid, by HA players that favor it, all guns needs gun jam, which shouldnt happen due to game balance for obv reasons, etc etc.
Can we at least agree that the Panzer IIIN is AT LEAST in the running for one of the most powerful tanks in BR2?

F2 being BR2 is a bit overkill - the long 7.5 gun is excellent and can even deal with many high BR tanks.
The Stug F however ? I can see it in BR2, especially since it has no turret or MG - while also having BR1 armor.
The premium Stug A could go into BR1, if it loses its HEAT, like 70% of its ammo should be HE instead, rest AP.
That would make it powerful against AI, while however still only being a SPG and having the same armor as a Panzer III J.
Even devs “confuse” the two (see the BR tutorial video). So ppl just believe what they are told.
Su85 should be BR4, I never see it used, might argue to make it Br3 even as no mg
Yea I only see 1 SU100 in my entire time playing enlisted ngl haven’t seen SU85 at all
