Thanks to my constant nagging and one friendly dev that listened, we can now build Essential to gameplay Christmas trees.
We cannot, sadly call firework arty (who knows, new year’s eve??? 
)
But. I’ve found a terrifying “bug” along with the much needed feature:
Unlike past years… WE CAN ONLY BUILD ONE CHRISTMAS TREE AT ONCE, AND NOT THREE!!!
As soon as a second one is built, the first one withers away and DIES!!!
Catastrophic! Apocalypse! Unplayable!!!
OH THE HUMANITY!!!
I did some research on this topic and it seems that the tradition of putting up these decorated trees usually only involved a single tree per household. So this limitation properly represents the historical usage of that time.
I for one welcome this change in the name of historical accuracy.

Well, when they first appeared all where fine, people where planting plantations of em, till some incident/misuse, cant recall why.

literally unplayable. i demand a refund. already uninstalled in protest. then reinstalled and kept playing as if nothing happened, like most of the “i quit” posters.
A bound between squadmates can be pretty strong actually, but the same household thing is a little extreme for most.
LOL so no more insta forests to cover your spawn point and sand bags ! Because who in their humanity would fire on Christmas trees ?
