Playing in Normandy is the most boring thing because of the damn CAS. It’s literally a shower of rockets every 3 minutes. The devs need to nerf this plague because it’s ruining the game.
That’s probably what the Germans said to themselves when the Allies had air superiority
Play Pacific. CAS is almost nonexistent.

I don’t know why so many people are down on it, I played it several times a day and I got quite a few kills with a jake, in fact I went a few matches and just did nothing but fly the damn thing and I had a lot of fun doing it, I even repaired it a couple of times after getting shot up by AA, A very cool new aspect to the game being able to land and repair your airplane

Maybe but in the real world rockets almost never killed Tanks, in game they do very easily in Normandy.

Probably because when you head to the resupply you can get up and run some errands and be back in time to turn your plane back around to the objective. After which you of course go to the bathroom, get a drink, and do a quick workout before dropping your payload and repeating the process.
Not nerf, just to enable friendly fire for explosives, i find it weird that a team can rush a point that’s constantly shelled by friendly tanks with no damage while the enemy troops that are 1m away get killed.

That’s just a bit of an exaggeration but I get your point, I don’t even think it takes an entire minute to get to the rearm point, Although admittedly I’ve never timed it I must do it today, one thing it really does surprise me is how little patience people have playing this game with regard to getting into contact, after playing games like postscriptum and squad for years Everything in this game happens lightning fast by comparison
Build and then learn how to use AA for its primary purpose.
Planes are fragile things now, a concentrated burst tends to shred them pretty fast.
In Normandy now, my main plan is to spawn my engineers first with the build speed perk, build a rally and a pair of AA guns.
Fight off the first wave of attzckers and then man the AA for the inevitable CAS strikes.
Works really really well usually.
Lol most games I do everything. I build rally point and advance and that’s how I won most games. Staying an entire match in AA trying to take down noob in CAS is guaranteed defeat. It’s not my problem that I don’t use AA, it’s the game’s problem to allow spam of 300 rockets every 3 minutes.
I never said stay on AA. Just listen and kill the planes as they come and revert to whatever role you need.
That or get a buddy to support you. The power of two is always multiplicative in Enlisted.
