Thank you for down tiering some guns and an overall interesting patch. Tier 3 changes are fun. However, could you please buff/change the Carcano 1891(and the sniper variant) as it does not have a definitive role in the Carcano family of rifles in game or the European Axis bolt action line up in general. Rate of fire increase for example would be nice and simple.
