Can you change the logic of tank's crew members?

I see the NEWS, you gonna allow some tanks control their machinegunners. Right now, Japanese tanks are already alowed you to use their machinegunners. If you used Japanese tank, you will find out sometime the logic of thank’s crew members are really annoying. They will fill the machinegunner first, that means you will lose your reloader when you only have 3 crew members left. Your main gun’s reloading speed will become very slow.

I wonder could developer change the logic to allow players to control each crew member. Let players decide which position they want the member to fill.

Also think ai operated bow gunners should be implemented with linking to passive/aggressive squad stance. They already have the logic for it on lvt4 and planes for that matter.
