As the title says. I try to remove the buildings but the windows stay when i restart… What do i do?

you go on the top right corner, select rendinst tool, select the door/window in question that you want to be removed, and then press cancel button.
which you can then save. and that obj won’t be there next time.
in case you made a mistake ( for example, removed the frame door/window instead of the actual window/door like always happens to me ) you can restart ( as long you didn’t saved when the frame or obj got removed for accident on miss click )
