Dont get me wrong,having it on the K4 is great,but it’s preformance as a fighter isn’t as good as these planes due to the low ammo count for the 30mm and 13mms,which is really important since 90% of matches against the US have plane spam galore,and every other nation has a good all rounder high BR fighter (AP4,I 185 or whatever the russian one is called,Ki 84 ko).Giving these planes a 250kg bomb would allow for a all rounder fighter at high br (2 really,but they are almost the exact same,one is just slightly faster with slightly longer turn speed).

i bought the premium g14 because its better than the normal one
if they add 250kg bombs to normal g14/g10 there is no reason to use the premium plane

i’m not sure if the 109s could carry gunpods and a bomb, i do know it’s an extremely light airframe

so those who don’t know that is an experimental 109 from the czech region in 1942, it had detachable landing gear (i think it’s the rear one) to allow ground clearance for the 500 kilo bomb those things under the wing are fuel tanks, not much other information about the FiSkoda S-199 though i would manage that it could barely take off and fly so they dropped the project

here we see a modern photo of a Bf-109 with both 20mm gunpods and the fuel tank
no they are drop tanks, while gunpods can look like that they tend to be multi-barreled or have more than 1 gun in them. now why does that drop tank have those pipes? could be for easier refueling or to confuse the enemy to thinking it’s actual gunpods who knows german autism is a thing to behold
Quick google says it was a visual indicator for pilot to know if the tanks were dropped. He may not see the tank itself due to the wing but he will see a rod mounted in this tube.

Germany’s aircraft were already sufficiently efficient at ground attack that giving its fighters a strong payload capability was not a reasonable balance.

So every other nation but germany having a strong high BR fighter is completly fine?The FW is definitely NOT this all rounder fighter all other nations get,it is simply put a waste unless you don’t fight any other planes,it has tons of issues with rolling and stalling,especially turning,and even then it’s ground attack capabilites are much much lower than the AP4C,which is a BR lower and much better at everything.
So by this same logic they shouldn’t have given the western allies the AP4C any or only 1 pair of HVARs

Yea and? Germany need to end the Soviet bias parasite once for all and balance br5 to a playable state , and no fw are buggy and there’s not other plane with 250kg the enemy counter part are litterally democracy in a plane with rockets and bombs
