Can we add backup crew for tanks and safe leaving point for pliots

So the tanks can be repaired to brand new so why dont we allow tanks to recrew to full strength. The backup crew can be added into the team in main menu. Like 10 crews in a tank team. I have this thought is because tanks crews with less people are soooo unconfortable.
There should be a safe exiting point for planes. and this should prevent people from staying in the air(hopefully). Any plane exited the battlefield can respawn as other squads without consuming any population or tickets

Tanks can now be repaired to brand new already, just have to repair the same damaged part multiple times til it’s green.

As for additional men… No.

I feel a bit unsafe when my 8 other guys fell in my riflemen squads, but I push on anyway. Imagine if there was a way to refill my whole squad just by moving to a spot…

I would love it. More free points for me.

Terrible idea for tankers. There is already an issue with them hanging back in greyzone as it is. This suggestion would just make that 10x worse.

As far as planes are concerned, there is already a really good method in place.

  • If you SAFELY LAND the aircraft (water or by using landing gear) and jump out of the plane, it gives you the safe landing bonus. This is 100 points in addition to making the respawn requirement 1 less squad between respawns.

This system works very well as it requires some degree of skill to pull off, rather than just having a point in the sky that you fly to. Which keeps players from abusing the function, or using it as a magic escape from dogfights.

I would agree to the first proposal only with a strong adjustment. For example - it is possible to change the crew of the controlled tank (if certain crew members are killed, but the tank remains intact) - but only once, and only at the expense of other tank slots tankers (which the player is the owner of).

The second proposal may sound good on paper. But then all the different classes we have in the game would have to be redone so that they too could (somehow) be changed. However, this would be a bit counterintuitive, and would give players the ability to rotate their forces as they wish during battle without any penalty.

I would consider OP’s plane point as long as the plane you want to swap to does not have any damage and the air is clear (no enemy planes deployed), otherwise it is a free “get out of the fight” card. It would be kinda useful, jumping into a plane to nuke a tank and then getting back to playing the objective without having to waste points for a plane you gonna bail after.

That is my point though. Doing it that way would be TOO STRONG.
Also, consider this:
If people have an attack plane and fighter in their lineup. The second that they see an enemy plane, they fly to that point, switch for a fighter, shoot down the enemy, and then switch back for attack plane.

That’s why I wrote “as long as the air is clear”, if the enemy team spawns a fighter to intercept the attacker, the pilot of the attacker can’t swap their plane as long as either of them is alive and if the attacker pilot gets damaged during the fight, he can’t swap any more.
