Yes I know what the academy is for, but ReachForTheSky said that soldiers should level up on their own too, without the need for academy, which is not happening on my account. I am quite mixed up with the level system
they level, but wont get more stars without sending them into academy…
the level he was talking, is geting more xp , to get the stars filled, so you can have perks into them.
