I’d love to walk/fly around Berlin and Stalingrad (+ Tractor Plant) and explore the buildings without objectives, grey zones and the game ending too soon.

you find a guide from the developers by the editor, choose a factory map, put spawn and run

For Berlin, pls be more specific, there are 3 different maps of Berlin: Default Berlin, Berlin Opera, and Berlin Seelow Heights. which one of those are you referring to?
also, There is Stalingrad and Stalingrad Tractor Plant.
The city of Berlin, as possible. Not Seelow.
And Stalingrad both.
On PC you can easily do it yourself in Sandbox Editor by creating empty map and placing one spawn entity (it’s easier than you think). As far as you don’t need multiplayer, of course.

Hey- I wish people wouldn’t just respond with ‘do it yourself’ as if you’re just being lazy. I understand that a lot of people have no experience in map editing software and can’t be expected to just open the editor and immediately figure enough out to do something like this.
I have a ‘Berlin City’ map which only has 2 spawn points, plus 2 for tanks, and 3 objectives. If you set the AI to 0 bots, and preferably set a password so no other players join, then in theory you should just be able to explore the whole map without restriction.
I’ve set it up so you can use Moscow, Berlin, or Stalingrad armies.
I can add some jeeps and other vehicles if you like so you can drive around the map without using a tank.

I’ve just edited it so it’s now 0 AI bots (since they don’t really work without a battle area and AI paths).

Of course, I also understand those who don’t want to go out of their way and create custom games, just thought maybe sombody has vanilla free-roam templates like this.
Hi, I’ve just updated the map to make it better for exploration. I’ve removed the objectives and added random jeeps in various places. Also there’s aircraft on the long road from the Brandenburg Gate.
